IT Systems

The ability to track product on a real-time basis is key to providing the level of service required by our customers.

Full traceability, of all product handled, is achieved by the use of bar coding, RF scanners and electronic display boards. Such complete traceability enables us to react to our customers’ changing requirements throughout the process.

For many of our customers we link directly to their IT systems, uploading both details of product received for packing and the subsequent dispatch of packed product.

We also provide our customers with links to our in-house IT systems. This facility, combined with the full real-time traceability achieved through the use of barcodes, enables customers to directly track their product during the packing process.

Our bespoke IT systems enable us to work with our customers to develop reports tailored to meet their individual requirements.

To make all of this possible we have in-house IT specialists continuously developing and enhancing our systems.
